Congratulations to these Greene County High School students on passing their ServSafe FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION EXAM! This accreditation assures the exam meets required development and operational standards and verifies the exam measures the knowledge and skills that the food protection manager needs to know to keep food safe and prevent foodborne illness.

New Culinary Instructor Makes Debut

The new culinary instructor, Chef Amanda McLean, makes debut with a faculty luncheon. Chef and her culinary students cooked for the entire faculty. Also featured are two 2014 GCHS graduates. Kudos to Chef and her students!
